Viking FK vs Bayern Munich Billets

When and where the match kicks off

Viking FK vs Bayern Munich is scheduled for Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 21:00 local time at Viking Stadion in Stavanger.

The teams heading into this fixture

Viking FK arrive at this fixture off the back of Eliteserien matches against Lillestrom and SK Brann, with a further home league game against Fredrikstad following soon after. Hosting Bayern Munich represents one of the biggest occasions in the club's recent history.

Bayern Munich travel to Norway in the middle of a busy autumn schedule, with Bundesliga fixtures against FC Augsburg either side of this trip and a home Champions League tie against Arsenal to follow. Rotation is a possibility given the club's packed calendar across multiple competitions.

Choosing where to sit at Viking Stadion

Viking Stadion is a modern, mid-sized ground that keeps fans close to the pitch on all four sides, so the difference in view between seating areas is generally modest. Seats along the halfway line tend to be priced highest given the central view, while seats behind the goals usually offer better value. For a match of this profile, demand is likely to be strong across most sections, so checking availability early is worthwhile.

Bayern Munich's schedule either side of the Norway trip includes further Bundesliga fixtures and a DFB-Pokal tie against 1. FC Magdeburg, underlining the scale of the club's commitments across German and European football this autumn.
